Welcome to VegasAilure, a travel concierge and booking assistance platform operated by Ailure LLC (Nevada, USA). By accessing or using VegasAilure.com, you agree to the following Terms of Use.

Use of Service

VegasAilure provides personalized Las Vegas travel planning through AI (Agent Ailure), mapping guidance, and affiliate integrations. We do not process or store payments directly. All bookings are completed on partner websites such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Booking.com, and others.

Google Maps Platform

VegasAilure Live Guidance uses Google Maps Platform services to resolve places and provide map and route information. Your use of Google Maps Platform content through VegasAilure is subject to the applicable Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Google Maps Platform content and attribution remain the property of Google and its applicable data providers.

Affiliate Disclosure

VegasAilure participates in affiliate programs. When you click a booking option and complete a reservation with a third-party partner, we may earn a commission. This does not affect the price you pay, and we always display options transparently.

Intellectual Property

VegasAilure branding, original copy, software, and design elements are the property of Ailure LLC unless otherwise identified. Third-party content, including Google Maps Platform content and attribution, remains subject to the rights and terms of the applicable provider. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute VegasAilure materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

VegasAilure provides recommendations, mapping guidance, and curated information “as is.” Travel conditions, walking access, traffic, construction, operating hours, venue access, and third-party information can change. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy of prices, or fulfillment of services offered by third-party providers. All bookings are subject to the partner’s terms and conditions.
